Dear Labelle's;

I remember the beginning of my wedding planning which included finding the perfect dress.  My first experience at a bridal shop was not pleasant to say the least.  My mother and I were extremely offended, to tell you the truth.  On our drive through downtown, as we vented on how rude the staff were (and owner), we ran into your lovely store.  Even upon entering we knew we had found a better place to be.  Not only did I purchase my dream wedding dress from Labelle's, but I also put confidence in purchasing all of my bridesmaid dresses as well as my shoes from you.  I do have to say, the bridesmaid department was a little hairy on my part due to distance - three were in Wisconsin and one was in Calgary!  Not to mention every single one of them had a different body shape.  However, the staff at Labelle's worked very willingly with me.  Most importantly they kept me calm in assuring me that "everything was going to be okay..."  I could not have asked for a better place to find some of the major keys to completing our wedding day.  For that I am extremely grateful to you and your services that you and your staff provided for me.  I have been recommending Labelle's to all my friends who are recently engaged.  I remember the day I came to pick up my shoes, which was my last visit.  The staff kindly sent me off with a "Farewell .." and "Good luck with your wedding day!" for which I had been anxiously waiting for eight months.  To be honest, I was a bit sad leaving Labelle's that day.  Thank you once again!
